Built-to-Print Parts and Contract Manufacturing
Built-to-print means: you supply the drawing, we supply the part – inspected, documented, reproducible.
We are a classic contract manufacturer. Our product is your drawing. From the first sample part through first article inspection to high-volume release, we support you with documented processes to ISO 9001.
Our production is not geared to a single product or industry – and that is precisely our strength. We can adapt to your specific requirements.
File formats: STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF or PDF drawings. Surface requirements, tolerance specifications and material requests are taken directly from your drawing.
Frequently asked questions
FAQ on Built-to-print parts.
How does a first inquiry work?+
Send us your drawing or STEP file – by e-mail, via the quote form or, for sensitive data, after signing our NDA. You will receive a first assessment within 48 hours.
How does first article inspection work?+
As standard to VDA 2 Level 2 (full dimensional inspection, 3.1 material certificate). Level 3 for safety-critical parts on request.
Which quality certifications do you hold?+
DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Sufficient for medical technology (non-implantable) and automotive Tier 2. Specific industry requirements are clarified individually.
Can you arrange finishing of the completed part?+
We coordinate external surface treatment – electroplating, anodizing, black oxide, passivation, hardening, grinding – through established partners. You receive the finished part from a single source.
What are your lead times for first orders?+
Standard parts in common materials: 4–6 weeks for first samples, then 4–6 weeks for series ramp-up. Correspondingly longer for special materials.
Do you offer consignment stock models for series?+
Yes, for regular customers with continuous demand. Stock remains our property, billing on withdrawal. Minimum stock and replenishment cycles are agreed individually.
