CNC turned parts

CNC turned parts to your drawing.

Precision turned parts up to Ø 42 mm – from prototype to high-volume series. Built-to-print from the heart of Germany's precision engineering region, since 1949.

Turned parts manufacturer since 1949

Your drawing. Our turned part. No surprises.

We manufacture CNC turned parts to your drawing – rotationally symmetric precision parts up to Ø 42 mm, reproducible from the very first unit. As a specialized contract manufacturer, we have focused exclusively on turning for more than seven decades. That depth is our edge: tight tolerances, clean surfaces and seamless documentation to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Swiss-type and short turning, all common materials and the complete process chain under one roof – from drawing analysis through machining to documented quality inspection. You don't coordinate interfaces, you receive a finished part.

Materials

Turned parts in any material.

From stainless steel through brass and aluminium to titanium – the choice of material determines function, durability and price.

Check feasibility

Frequently asked questions

FAQ on CNC turned parts.

How much does a CNC turned part cost?+
The price depends on material, diameter, length, complexity and quantity. Send us your drawing – we check feasibility and the right process and get back to you with a binding quote within 48 hours.
From what quantity do you manufacture CNC turned parts?+
From a single prototype to high-volume series. Series typically become economical from a lot size of 50; setup costs are itemized transparently.
Which turned parts do you manufacture to drawing?+
Rotationally symmetric precision parts up to Ø 42 mm: shafts, spindles, bolts, bushings, contact pins, flanges and special nuts. No cast, welded or sheet-metal parts – turned precision only.
Which materials do you turn?+
Free-cutting steel, stainless steel (1.4305, 1.4404, 1.4571), brass, aluminium, titanium (Grade 2 and Ti-6Al-4V), bronze and engineering plastics. Special materials on request.
What tolerances do you achieve?+
IT7 is standard, IT6 with targeted machining strategies. Tighter dimensions are realized through downstream grinding within the my-precision group.
What are your file formats and lead times?+
Drawings as STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF or PDF. First articles usually in 4–6 weeks, series ramp-up in a further 4–6 weeks – depending on material and complexity.
