Aluminium turned parts. Lightweight, dimensionally stable, anodizable.

Precision turned parts in aluminium up to Ø 42 mm. From the easy-machining EN AW-2007 to the strong, corrosion-resistant 6082 – for lightweight design and sensor technology.

Aluminium Turned Parts

Aluminium turned parts to your drawing – the lightweight material for components where every gram and every surface counts.

Aluminium combines low weight with good machinability and attractive surfaces. We turn aluminium precision parts up to Ø 42 mm – from delicate sensor components to series parts for lightweight design.

For easy-machining, dimensionally stable series parts we use the free-machining alloy EN AW-2007 (AlCuMgPb). Where higher strength, weldability and corrosion resistance are required, we machine EN AW-6082 (AlMgSi1) and EN AW-6026.

Aluminium takes finishing exceptionally well. Anodizing – clear or dyed – protects the surface and is decorative at the same time. We coordinate finishing through established partners, so you receive the finished component from a single source.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ on Aluminium turned parts.

Which aluminium alloys do you turn?+
The standard is EN AW-2007 (AlCuMgPb). For strong, weldable and corrosion-resistant parts EN AW-6082 and 6026, for high-strength parts 7075. Others on request.
Can the turned parts be anodized?+
Yes. We coordinate clear or dyed anodizing through partners. Important: not every alloy anodizes equally well decoratively – we advise on material selection.
Up to what diameter do you turn aluminium?+
Bar stock up to Ø 42 mm, complete machining including holes, milled features and threads in one setup.
What tolerances are possible in aluminium?+
IT7 is standard, IT6 with an adapted strategy. For thin-walled parts we account for thermal expansion in the process design.
From what quantity is production worthwhile?+
Prototypes from quantity 1, economical series from approx. lot size 50. Setup costs are itemized transparently.
How do I quickly get a price and quote?+
Once your drawing arrives we check feasibility, and a binding quote follows within 48 hours.
