Certified precision for medical technology.

Reichenbach am Heuberg is located in the district of Tuttlingen – the world center of medical technology. We manufacture turned parts for implants, surgical instruments and laboratory equipment.

Application

Turned parts for surgical instruments, implants and laboratory equipment – reproducible, documented, ISO 9001 certified.

Medical technology demands exactly what we do best: tight tolerances, clean surfaces and complete documentation. For decades we have been manufacturing precision parts for companies from the Tuttlingen medical technology region and beyond.

Our ISO 9001 quality management covers the entire process chain – from first article inspection through ongoing production control to documented delivery.

Typical parts: stems and housings for handpieces, implant components made of titanium and stainless steel, precision mechanics for analysis and dosing systems.

Frequently asked questions

What Medical technology buyers often ask.

Are you certified to ISO 13485?+
We are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Sufficient in most cases for non-implantable medical components. For ISO 13485 deliveries we discuss the specific requirements individually.
Which materials for medical technology?+
Stainless steels 1.4305, 1.4404, 1.4571, 1.4441 (medical grade). Titanium Grade 2 and Grade 5 for implant components. Biocompatible plastics such as PEEK and medical-grade POM-C on request.
Do you supply first article inspection reports to VDA 2 Level 3?+
Yes, standard for safety-critical and implant-related parts. Including hardness testing, documented dimensional inspection of all specified dimensions and 3.1 material certificate to DIN EN 10204.
Can you offer cleanroom-grade cleaning?+
We coordinate external final cleaning through certified partners. Talk to us about your specific requirements.
How tight are tolerances in medical technology?+
Frequently IT6 to IT7 on functional diameters. Form and position tolerances often in the µm range. In the initial consultation we clarify which tolerances are truly functionally necessary.
Are small first runs for innovation projects possible?+
Yes. We manufacture prototypes from quantity 1 and pilot series from approx. 10–50 pieces. Setup costs calculated transparently.
